Paper Smooches Roses and Loving Spring

Hey everyone!  I am like a kid in a candy store with all my new stamps from Paper Smooches!  When I was young, I would use all the babysitting money I earned to buy markers, or fancy oil pastels.  I collected stickers, and different colored pens.  I always loved to draw or anything to do with art really.  Looking back, I wish I had taken some art classes.  But, now I am like a kid again playing with stamps, ink and Copic markers...and in heaven!  Having three kids doesn't leave much time to play, but I made it into my craft room for a bit this evening.  Here are two cards was was able to make tonight:

Stamp sets:  All Paper Smooches~Green Thumb, Chilly Chums, Luminous Spring, Uplifters
Paper: Neenah 110#, Stampin' Up, Papertrey Ink
Markers: Copic, Wink of Stella,
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine
Dies: Mama Elephant Landscape Trio

For this card I used the Roses die from Paper Smooches and lifted the card base so the black glimmer paper would peek through underneath.  I used watercolor paper, and distress inks to make the background.  I thought the black really made this card pop, but I tried to keep it very CAS.

Stamps: Paper Smooches~Bold Buzzwords
Ink:  Tim Holtz Distress inks, (Picked Raspberry, Peacock Feathers, Tumbled Glass) Versafine
Paper:  Tim Holtz watercolor paper, Neenah 110#, Papertrey Ink black glimmer paper

Thanks for joining me!
