Here is a close look at a few projects I made. All projects were made using CTMH products from the NEW Spring catalog.
For my first card I used the new Chantilly paper pack, and cardstock in black, pear, lagoon and cotton candy. I used the stamp sets, Distrssed Backgrounds and Happy Thoughts with Versa mark, used clear embossing powder, and a heat gun to create a subtle background. Then I cut out the flowers and leaves using the Art Philosophy cartridge. I used Happy Thoughts again to create patterns on the cardstock using coordinating CTMH ink pads. I stacked the flowers and embellished with buttons, twine, Chantilly Textiles and the flower on the upper left: it started as a clear acrylic flower. I used CTMH pigment ink, clear embossing powder and a heat gun...to turn a clear acrylic flower into the color of my choice. I also used My Friend for the sentiment. I hope you like it!
The card I made was a pinwheel card using the Claire paper packet. It was super quick, I tried to stay clean and simple. I made the pinwheel and used the upcoming May stamp of the month Pinwheel. I used Kraft, Outdoor Denim and White Daisy cardstock.
The last card I used our new Paper Pouches as an envelope I accessorized. I used
Slate, White Daisy and Lagoon cardstock. Just a sliver of the new Surf's Up paper pack, and new FABULOUS Washi tape and
4 My Friend again...
Here is the card using the same paper, cardstock and Washi Tape...Quick and simple using clouds cut out from the Artiste. The stamp set is Card Chatter-Sympathy...This is a MUST have! The sun is from New Baby.
